An update regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the measures we are taking to protect the community we serve:
Our team at Kanata Mazda is committed to the safety and wellness of our community and understand that our guests will have questions regarding their visit to our dealership during these unsettling times. As we continue to monitor the developments of COVID-19 both locally and around the globe, we will continue to look for the advice of our government officials to take all necessary steps in protecting our employees and guests. While we have no cases reported at our dealership, we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff are protected.
Prior to this outbreak we already disinfected and sanitized our facility and your vehicles using industry-approved products. We have since elevated the frequency of our cleaning processes across the dealership. We are sanitizing vehicle steering wheels, armrests, door handles, and all technician touchpoints. We are also disinfecting all public and staff dealership areas and surfaces. We are also limiting non-essential travel for employees.
Visible signage has been introduced highlighting hand washing etiquette, the importance of social distancing, as well as the best practices outlined by Public Health Canada. In support of social distancing, we will not be offering any handshakes.
For those looking for Mazda services, all vehicles will be disinfected upon arrival and departure. As always, the well-being of our guests is our number one priority.
